Mercury Network EPC Integration Launches for Encompass Users

Summary

This release introduced the Mercury Network EPC integration for Encompass users (general availability May 27, 2025), along with platform improvements, issue fixes, and integration enhancements. No client-facing QVP items were included.

Platform Enhancements

Cybersource Payments Restriction – Added prevention of voiding Cybersource credit card transactions within one day of creation. Users attempting to void outside the allowable window receive the message: "Payments may only be voided same day, please check back on the next business day..."

Issue Resolutions

• Fixed an error blocking AMC allocation updates through both internal tools and VMP client order setup

• Added Virginia ZIP codes 24109 and 24019 to the database to resolve order placement errors

Integration Enhancements (Mercury EPC)

• ROV disclosures now send to borrowers with appraisal reports when e-delivery is selected

• Broker Branch names populate Mercury Network orders in VMP Business Management

• Payment method updates via EPC sync to Secure orders

• Added outbound routers for increased volume support

• Implemented logic to populate client fees from Encompass field 641 when permitted
