Provider-Paid Transaction Fee Policy Update

Effective April 1, 2026, provider-paid transaction fees for title and settlement orders will be billable 5 business days after the order has been accepted by providers. After this window, fees become non-refundable.

Platform Enhancements

A new Bulk Ordering feature is forthcoming, with access permissions now visible in Secure User settings. The Mercury Vendor Portal dashboard also added Product and Update Stamp columns for better pipeline visibility.

Integration Enhancements

Encompass Partner Connect now supports Automated Service Ordering, removing manual workflow bottlenecks. The system automatically retrieves DU Case File IDs and LPA Keys from Encompass fields at order placement.
