UAT Preview: EPC 2.0 Deprecation Notice and Expanded Fee Plan Editing

EPC 2.0 Deprecation Notice

ICE will deprecate Mercury EPC 2.0 (Version 1) on June 30, 2026. Mercury disabled ordering via first-generation EPC 2.0 on January 10, 2026. After June 30, 2026, orders originally placed via EPC 2.0 (v1) will no longer be accessible through Encompass but will remain available within Mercury.

Platform Enhancements

  • Bulk Ordering Tool (JJWR-4708): pilot program underway with a limited client; general release timing pending feedback

  • Fee plan display accuracy (APPMOD-9468): default plans now show "All Clients" instead of "0 Client(s)"

  • Fee plan editing (multiple tickets): the UI now supports adding line items, updating fees, and modifying client applicability

  • Duplicate validation (APPMOD-9959): the system rejects fee uploads with duplicate product/location rows

  • Column collapsing (APPMOD-10001): fee columns are collapsible with preference persistence

  • Non-VMP property characteristics (APPMOD-9843, 9834, 9468): support added for vendor and client price plans

  • Revision routing (APPMOD-9785): corrected workflow for canceled revisions

  • Review submission errors (APPMOD-9903): improved error messaging for investigation issues

  • UAD 3.6 vendor licenses (APPMOD-9904): license type selection now available

  • Auto-reassignment fee recalculation (APPMOD-9915): fees recalculate when an appraiser expires

  • UCDP Connection Settings (APPMOD-10086): multiple business unit numbers supported

  • Document sync tooltips (APPMOD-10140): explanatory tooltips added

Integration Enhancements

  • EPC HOA dues mapping (CLCTUTD-21658): annual HOA amounts automatically calculate a monthly equivalent for field 233

  • EPC appraisal expiration (CLCTUTD-20379): expiration dates now calculated by loan type

Bug Fixes

  • EPC status tracking (CLCTUTD-21868): now supports a missing/null ProcessStatusId

  • EPC document posting (CLCTUTD-22101): UAD 3.6 document routing corrected

  • EPC ZIP delivery (CLCTUTD-21449): package type fixed for proper Encompass downloads

  • SureReceipts timestamp (CLCTUTD-21935): download timestamp restored

  • Implementation invoices (CLCTUTD-21880): invoice generation restored

  • Invoice payment status (CLCTUTD-21791): corrected display on emailed verbose invoices

  • Fannie Mae seller number (CLCTUTD-21294): UCDP business unit field now saves properly

  • Bank statements (CLCTUTD-19345): order number added to payout statements

  • Payment hold resolution (CLCTUTD-15800): orders resume reliably after payment

  • Validation messages (CLCTUTD-13525): all payment warnings display simultaneously

  • Vendor Portal documents (CLCTUTD-7733): loading spinner issue resolved

  • UAD 3.6 lender quick list (APPMOD-10017): fixed on the secure order form
