Appraisal Data Fixes, Restored ACTIONS Permissions, and EPC Payment Enhancements

Issue Resolutions

This release addresses six key issues:

  • Appraisal Due Date – Fixed serviceNeedByDate not returning the correct appraisal due date

  • Appraisal Fee – Corrected a misplaced writeback to field 641 instead of the appraisalFee extension field

  • Appraisal Ordered Date – Resolved field 2352 failing to return appraisalOrderedDate

  • FHA Case Number Validation – Removed an inappropriate requirement when the loan type wasn't FHA (a known issue persists requiring the field for all FHA loans)

  • Rush Order Field – Eliminated a forced requirement that ignored lender configuration settings

  • User Permissions – Restored missing ACTIONS menu permissions, including Place Hold, Update Payment, Request Revision, and Request Revision-ROV

Integration Enhancements

EPC Integration:

  • Added credit card and vendor payment options to the Update Payment menu

  • Status synchronization with Encompass is now triggered by EPC actions

  • Added Sales Contract requirement support for Purchase loans

  • Enhanced delivery failure notifications to omit oversized document attachments

General:

  • Renewed the address validation service license to maintain data accuracy
