VMP Client Order History Gets Appraisal Delivery Details Ahead of UAD 3.6

This release includes platform enhancements and maintenance updates to support system performance and the upcoming Valuation Modernization (UAD 3.6) requirements.

Platform Enhancements

Appraisal Delivery Document Details in VMP Client Order History (CLCTUTD-15987) — VMP Client order history now displays the documents included in SureReceipts Appraisal Delivery, such as "Report PDF" and "Reconsideration of Value Disclosure." This information also transfers to integrated LOS platforms via status comments.

New Document Type in VMP Client Configure Status Mapping (APPMOD-6219) — A "Review Artifact" document type is now visible under Preferences → Configure Status Mappings. It has been added in preparation for future Valuation Modernization (UAD 3.6) support but isn't yet operational.

Issue Resolutions

Expanded Capacity for Product Selection (CLCTUTD-16550) — The Product Requirements interface has been updated to accommodate more product selections, improving client access to available options.

Maintenance

Routine security updates continue to protect user data and maintain system reliability.
