Provider Fee Increases, In-Browser PDF Viewing, and Fee Sheet Export Fixes

Transaction Fee and Billing Updates

Provider-paid transaction fee increases and updated billing triggers take effect April 1, 2026. Formal notification was distributed on January 28, 2026. Customers who did not receive this notification should contact the Customer Experience team.

Issue Resolutions

• Apostrophes in names (CLCTUTD-19497) – Contact information fields now support names containing apostrophes, such as O'Connor.

• Borrower name spacing (CLCTUTD-19136) – Fixed payment link failures caused by leading spaces in borrower name fields.

• Transaction fee messaging (CLCTUTD-17938) – Removed outdated fee messaging from the Secure Payment Information section.

• Fee sheet export (CLCTUTD-16074) – Resolved timeout issues with fee sheet exports.

• Credit memo handling (CLCTUTD-14452) – Fixed an issue preventing credit memos from clearing when an invoice number was added after payment.

• AVM report delivery (CLCTUTD-19479) – Corrected instances of Mercury orders receiving incorrect AVM reports.

• Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (CLCTUTD-19473) – Removed improper Duplicate Order access in Smart Client.

• Order History display (CLCTUTD-19388) – Removed erroneous "Reason" references from update logs.

Platform Enhancements

• In-browser PDF viewing (CLCTUTD-19436) – All files, including appraisal reports and SSRs, can now be viewed directly in the browser.

• Upload document default (CLCTUTD-19399) – The default upload selection changed to "None Selected," requiring users to explicitly choose a document type.

• Property characteristics (APPMOD-8025) – Increased available enumerations from 8 to 12.

Other Maintenance

Continued system security and performance updates (CLCTUTD-19233, -17778, -17776).

Looking Ahead

UAD 3.6 is anticipated to launch in March 2026. A migration wave selection form is available for customers who want to choose their migration timing.
