Assignment logic, findings management, artifacts, reporting, and rules processing updates

The October 14, 2026 Collateral Investigate production release delivers enhancements across assignment logic, findings management, artifacts, reporting, and review workflows. It also expands support for Reconciliation and review-only workflows, improves rules processing, and addresses several usability and reliability issues.

What's new

Searchable assignment fields

• Channel and customer fields within Assignment logic are now searchable dropdowns, making it easier to find and select the appropriate values.

Platform-provided file type support

• Collateral Investigate now supports platform-provided file types in Add File requests and outbound payloads, improving the exchange of file information with connected platforms.

Downloadable user report

• A new Download user report option is available in Members and permissions, giving you another way to access user information.

LTV on Order details

• Loan-to-value (LTV) information is now displayed on the Order details screen.

Reconciliation escalation

• You can now escalate orders identified as part of a Reconciliation when appropriate.

• Cotality score visibility (See screenshot)

A new organization-level setting allows the Cotality score to be hidden from Order details and reporting.

What's changed or improved

Finalization artifact settings

• Artifact configuration has been enhanced to support different settings for applicable finalization scenarios.

Cleaner activity logs

• Activity logging has been improved to reduce redundant entries, making review activity easier to follow.

Findings management

• The Tier filter has been removed from the All Findings tab, simplifying the findings management experience.

High and Severe finding decisions

• Decision handling for High and Severe findings has been updated to prevent an incorrect bulk-action warning from blocking valid decision changes.

Finding validation

• Additional validation prevents unsupported actions on Fatal and High severity findings.

Checklist builder

• The checklist builder’s rich-text character limit has been increased to align with the GAAR worksheet.

Missing order handling

• When an order URL is unavailable, Collateral Investigate now displays an order-not-found message and redirects the user to the Dashboard.

Review-only workflows

• Rules can now run for ROV, Reconciliation, and Revision requests received through CDG.

Rules processing

• Additional improvements address rules identified as not firing or generating results as expected, including:

• Rental Information and Reconciliation rules

• Sales Comp Plus and Site rules

• Unit Interior and Project Information rules

• NCD External Data rules

• Additional template rules

• Static rules associated with tier processing

• Rule H1-UAD1290-A false-positive scenarios

What's fixed

• Fixed a Wordsearch import error.

• Fixed a processing error affecting a DRL rule.

• Fixed an issue where a Final Review Artifact could render without content when the review was not associated with the appropriate client artifact configuration.

• Fixed an issue affecting artifact settings during Production deployment.

• Fixed a display issue with the tooltip for the ROV Tier toggle.

• Fixed border clipping on finding cards.

• Fixed a PDF display issue affecting inline checklist fields.

• Fixed an issue preventing static rules from firing for applicable tiers.
