Next-Gen Router Progress, New Admin Logging & QVP Rule CND103 Update

Mercury Network Internal Updates

The development team completed two phases of next-generation router architecture and is building support tools for staff to configure and modify router setups. New logging capabilities were added for the Admin Order Management interface, order reassignment processes, administrative pages, and payout API webhooks.

Mercury Network Public Updates

Upcoming tooling for Secure users will be announced shortly, along with accompanying documentation. The team continues investing resources into preparations for the Appraisal Modernization initiative the GSEs will roll out starting in 2025.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Corrected the map used in the Vendor Selection process

• Fixed the timestamp shown in the Daily Order Summary email

• Resolved a UI issue where Documents to Review did not appear after clicking Accept and closing the pop-up window

• Strengthened error messaging and interface design when adding partially removed or deactivated clients to Client Groups

QVP Public Update

• Updated QVP rule CND103 to prevent mis-firings
