Platform enhancements

Appraisal document type configuration for Compliance uploads [CLCTUTD-22325]
We expanded appraisal document type customization so completed reports uploaded by Compliance users are assigned the configured document type, supporting more accurate document classification for downstream lender systems.

Bulk Upload instruction updates [CLCTUTD-25011]
We updated the Bulk Upload instruction pages to include accepted Mortgage Type and Property Usage values for Appraisal URAR orders. We also corrected displayed Loan Type and Property Type values for Legacy Forms to align the instructions with accepted upload values.

Bulk Upload spreadsheet template improvements [CLCTUTD-24410]
We updated the Legacy Forms and Appraisal URAR spreadsheet templates to preserve leading zeros in ZIP codes and provide clearer, more realistic sample data to help users complete bulk order uploads accurately.

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

Review-Only order cancellation [APPMOD-11051, APPMOD-11710, APPMOD-11825]
Users can now cancel Review-Only orders after UCDP submission. This may be useful if UCDP submission is not
Successful and you need to cancel the review-only order to place a new order for a new appraisal procurement.

Review-Only workflow update [APPMOD-11811]
Review-Only orders will no longer generate automated revision requests upon appraisal upload. Since there is no service provider to request revisions from, the system will ignore fatal findings from our automated MISMO 3.6 compliance and schema check, so that the order will always move forward to UCDP submission (if applicable and Collateral Investigate. If UCDP submission is Not Successful, the order will go to Revision Correction Needed to alert the user that there were fatal UCDP findings.

Review-Only UCDP submission preferences [APPMOD-11812]
Review-Only orders now follow your UCDP submission plan settings and will only be submitted to UCDP if the “review-only” box is checked on the applicable submission plan. The new order page also hides bidding options that do not apply to Review-Only orders.

Review-Only bidding options removed [APPMOD-11933]
The order form will now hide the bidding option when the order is marked as “Review-Only”.

Respect Unattended Assignment setting for UAD 3.6 fee calculation [APMOD-11704]
We resolved an issue where UAD 3.6 fee calculations did not respect the Unattended Order Assignment restriction when a vendor's published fee exceeded the VMP Client fee. Now, when this restriction is active (the box is unchecked), vendors with profile fees higher than the order's VMP Client fee will be correctly excluded from assignment eligibility.

Clearer fee tier validation [APPMOD-11283]
Mercury Network now displays clear error messages when users enter oversized values or decimals in fee tiers instead of showing an unexpected system error.

Mortgage-type exclusions for automated UCDP submissions [APPMOD-11995, APPMOD-11997, APPMOD-12001, APPMOD-11986, APPMOD-12097]
Customers can now control UCDP submission by Mortgage Type as well as the existing Product configuration. This will be useful in the future if, for example, you want to exclude orders with an FHA (or any other) Mortgage type from being submitted to UCDP.

Mortgage-type exclusions for Collateral Investigate submission plans [APPMOD-11996]
Collateral Investigate customers can now control review plans submission by Mortgage Type as well as the existing Product configuration. Any Collateral Investigate customers placing FHA orders in Mercury Network will need to exclude the FHA Mortgage Type until Collateral Investigate is updated for FHA reviews.

Risk scores from outside submissions [APPMOD-12130]
Mercury Network now displays vendor-provided Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac risk scores when UCDP submission occurs outside Mercury Network.

Timely investor submission updates [APPMOD-12383]
Mercury Network will now update the Investor Submission sub status to “Delayed” when the initial Investor Submission fails (for example if the Freddie Mac UCDP site is down).

Streamlined UAD 3.6 order completion [APPMOD-11627]
Vendors can complete UAD 3.6 orders without seeing the legacy Salient Information pop-up. Legacy orders continue to display it when the product requires it.

Predictable keyboard navigation on new orders [APPMOD-11858]
Users can now tab through the UAD new order page in a predictable sequence that follows each section’s layout before moving to the next section.

Reports naming
We will be renaming the new Standard Reports to reflect a more consistent and clear naming convention.

Issue resolutions

Review in Progress status on revised appraisals [APPMOD-12313]
We fixed an issue where revised appraisals submitted to Collateral Investigate were not putting the Mercury Network order back into a status of Review in Progress. Mercury Network orders now go into a Review in Progress status when a revised appraisal is submitted to Collateral Investigate.

Renamed tab in Vendor Selection Settings [APPMOD-11500]
We fixed a misnamed tab that was labeled as “Legacy forms” when it applies to both Legacy forms and UAD 3.6.

Consistent revision cancellation history [APPMOD-11590]
We fixed an issue that was causing duplicate revision cancellation status entries in UAD three-M2M order workflows. Orders now assigned to a Mercury Network AMC from a Mercury Network lender only have one revision cancellation status entry and records the correct vendor on the cancellation.

Revised UAD 3.6 order editing for vendors [APPMOD-12116]
We have fixed an issue where UAD 3.6 orders were showing legacy form order fields on the “Edit Order” screen for vendors.  We updated the “Edit Order” functionality for vendors so that legacy-only fields are hidden on UAD 3.6 orders. Legacy orders retain their existing editable fields.

Improved document synchronization from client portal [CLCTUTD-24254]
We resolved an issue to ensure documents uploaded via the client portal sync reliably.

Improved order notifications for reassigned orders [CLCTUTD-22746]
We enhanced order tracking and notification delivery to ensure reassigned orders are properly sent to integrated partners.

Correct bid order navigation [CLCTUTD-23916]
We fixed bid order navigation so vendor administrators see the correct information for their assigned bid when an order is sent to multiple vendors.

Security improvements

We are continuing regular maintenance activities to support system security, protect user data, and ensure reliable performance.
