EPC Order Email, Order History Display, and Payout Automation Fixes

Issue Resolutions

• EPC New Order Emails: Fixed a problem where users weren't receiving email notifications when orders were submitted through the Encompass Partner Connect integration.

• EPC Order History Display: Corrected an issue where order history showed "{0}" instead of displaying borrower names properly.

• Accounting Automation Payout: Resolved an issue preventing certain accounts from being recognized as eligible for payouts.

Integration Enhancements

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration

• Document Details: Order history now displays document names when documents are added. Known issue: document names currently appear in the Event column rather than the Description column; this will be corrected in a future release.

• Change Details: Order change descriptions now include specific modification information.

• Outbound Router Enhancement: Improved router performance to distribute status update volume across multiple systems, reducing delivery time to EPC.

Additional Updates

• Contact Support Screen: Updated interface allowing users to select support email links to send issue summaries directly to the support team.

• Ongoing maintenance to strengthen system security and reliability.
