Cotality's disaster recovery test has been rescheduled to Saturday, May 2, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST (originally scheduled for March 28).

Service Impact Timeline

5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CST

• GAAR and GATR will be unavailable; orders placed during this window will queue for processing after maintenance concludes

• ENV Service will experience downtime; external vendors will also be affected

10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST

• Common Workflow (UAD 3.6 File Validation and UCDP submission) will have intermittent unavailability

• File Vault (UAD 3.6 and Mercury Network EPC) will be intermittently unavailable

• Fee Worksheet Service integration for CMS.Net Title orders will be inaccessible
