Mercury Network UAT release and UAD 3.6 readiness updates

The UAT release, scheduled for September 3rd, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience.

Reminders

Action required: UAD 3.6 readiness deadline is September 30th

The deadline to transition to UAD 3.6 is coming up quickly. Please take a moment to verify your setup so you are fully ready before September 30th.

• Lenders: If you have not selected an enablement window, please complete the enablement request form

• Appraisers: If you need to set up your profile or choose not to accept UAD 3.6 orders, please complete the vendor completion form. For more information on setting up your vendor profile, refer to the vendor resource guide

Issue resolutions

UAD 3.6 Vendor profile validation for AMCs [APPMOD-11607]
We updated the vendor profile UAD 3.6 validation rules so that only appraisers, not AMCs, are required to enter a fee when adding products to their profile.

Subscription for SureReceipts report [APPMOD-11639]
We fixed an issue that prevents users from creating a subscription for the new standard SureReceipts report.

UAD 3.6 order creation when FHA # field is hidden [APPMOD-11659]
We fixed an issue that prevented UAD 3.6 order creation when the FHA # is configured to be hidden on the VMP Client order form.  UAD 3.6 orders can now be created regardless of this configuration setting.

Manual editing of $0 fee in fee module [APPMOD-11054] We fixed an issue that prevented users from adding $0 as a fee in the fees module user interface.

Client price plan upload error [APPMOD-11705] We fixed an issue that, under certain conditions, prevented users from uploading and saving a valid client price plan.
