Mercury EPC Phase 1 Deployment Completes; Encompass Migration Intake Opens

This release delivers all components needed for the Mercury EPC Phase 1 launch. The service remains unavailable to external clients but marks progress toward general availability.

Lenders currently placing Mercury Network orders via Encompass should complete the Mercury Encompass Migration intake form to prepare for migration.

Issue Resolutions

• ROV Disclosure Save Issue: Corrected a bug preventing the ROV Disclosure from properly saving to Client Group SureReceipt settings when a user updated other Client Group settings afterward

• Order Completion Notification: Resolved an issue preventing order completed notifications from sending in certain scenarios

• Address Standardization Rollback: Rolled back the address standardization updates from April 22, 2025 that caused order assignment failures in Connecticut; updates will be reintroduced once aligned with Connecticut Planning Regions
