Bug Fixes for Status Messaging, SMS Order Management, and EPC Field Mapping

This release resolves eight critical issues and delivers several Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) integration enhancements. The maintenance window runs from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST; Mercury Network will be temporarily unavailable during deployment, with possible intermittent connectivity during post-release validation.

Issue Resolutions

• Status Messaging — resolved incorrect status update transmissions

• Order Assignment — fixed interruptions during automatic assignment processes

• SMS Order Management — restored appraiser capability to manage orders via SMS

• Secure User Permissions — prevented unauthorized deletion/undeletion of orders by inadequately-privileged users

• Message Permissions — corrected inconsistent Send Message permission application across the platform

• Disclosure/Closing Date Synchronization — ensured Mercury Secure updates sync properly to VMP Client orders

• Email Attachment Handling — attachments exceeding 20 MB combined size are now blocked with a notification

• ROV Disclosure Delivery — fixed missing Reconsideration of Value disclosures in duplicated orders

• EPC Loan Type Error — resolved loading failures for USDA and Home Equity loan types

Integration Enhancements

Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) integration includes four updates: revised field mapping (Encompass field 305 now maps to Client File#), lender detail prioritization for Client Groups, an order routing application, and new cancellation warning messages.

Ongoing security updates continue to support data protection and system reliability.
