Auto-Accept Order Fixes and Completed EPC Phase 1/2 Integration

Scheduled downtime: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST on October 28th. The system will be temporarily unavailable during code deployment, with possible intermittent connectivity issues during the maintenance period.

Issue Resolutions

• Auto-Accept AMC Order Processing (CLCTUTD-13879): addressed a performance bottleneck causing delays when processing orders for AMCs set to auto-accept, improving efficiency and reducing timeouts.

• API Message Permission Enforcement (CLCTUTD-17905): unauthorized users are now blocked from sending API messages, with clear error messages such as "Permission denied" to assist with troubleshooting.

• Auto-Accept Order Status Handling (CLCTUTD-17991): reassigned and auto-accepted orders now correctly transmit "Awaiting Acceptance" status to Appraisal Scope during auto-assignment.

• Duplicate Email Attachments (CLCTUTD-18158): fixed an issue where additional VMP Client Portal recipients received duplicate file attachments in completion notifications.

Integration Enhancements

Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration (CLCTUTD-11061): completed Phase 1 and Phase 2 requirements, including bug fixes. Current focus is on UAD 3.6 support and improved field mapping flexibility, with additional details launching Q1 2026.

Ongoing Maintenance

Continued security updates to protect data and ensure reliable system performance.
