ROV Disclosure Documents Can Now Be Attached and Delivered via SureReceipts

SureReceipts ROV Disclosure Integration

Users can now attach a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) Disclosure document through multiple methods:

• Connection Settings upload: go to Preferences > Connection Settings, locate SureReceipts Settings, accept the disclaimer, and upload a PDF; hover over the checkmark to reveal an "X" button to remove a document

• Automated delivery: once uploaded, the ROV Disclosure automatically delivers with all completed appraisal reports sent via Mercury SureReceipts Connection Settings; borrowers receive both the "Report PDF" and the disclosure document for download

• Manual attachment: attach an ROV Disclosure to an individual order via Set Status > Send via SureReceipts, selecting "Attach Documents" as needed

• VMP Client sync: the disclosure syncs to VMP Client orders through Preferences > VMP Client Order Setup > Configure Status Mapping, with document mapping configuration available

• Order history logging: SureReceipts activity now includes ROV Disclosure delivery records

Known issues:

• The ROV Disclosure displays as "Report PDF" (fix scheduled for September 10)

• The order history log displays incorrectly for automated SureReceipts delivery (fix scheduled for September 10)

Bug Fixes

• Resolved a malfunction in the SureReceipts "View Details" dialogue box in Order History

• Fixed an exception error when verifying AMC allocation files for errors
