UAT Preview: EPC Launch Secure, Order Status Fixes, and Risk Score Columns

Release Overview

This UAT release, scheduled for November 11th, includes bug fixes, UX improvements, and integration enhancements ahead of production deployment expected November 18th.

Issue Resolutions

• Order Status Window (CLCTUTD-11777): fixed the Change Status window to open correctly when orders have a "Revision – Correction Needed" status.

• Autopay Secondary Payment Method (CLCTUTD-17420): corrected billing calculations to ensure accurate charges when customers use secondary payment methods with autopay.

• Client Notifications (CLCTUTD-18570): enhanced Order Complete email delivery by accurately calculating attachment sizes against the 20MB limit.

User Experience Improvements

• Appraisal Delivery Documentation (CLCTUTD-18461): appraisal delivery details now appear in status comments sent to integrated LOS platforms and client notifications, building on prior VMP Client Portal enhancements.

• Dashboard Customization (CLCTUTD-11179): Mercury Secure users can now select CU and LCA Risk Scores in "My Columns" for the Orders dashboard.

Integration Enhancements

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC):

• Status updates optimized with added routers for faster delivery (CLCTUTD-18591)

• New Launch Secure feature enables opening orders directly in Mercury Secure from EPC (CLCTUTD-17923, 17902, 17922, 18091, 18155) — requires matching primary email addresses and appropriate access permissions
