Mercury Network deployed a required production hot fix to resolve an integration issue affecting user workflows.
The fix corrected an Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration error that prevented users from accessing the "View Details" page after placing or checking an order.
The update was deployed during a maintenance window on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST, during which users may have experienced intermittent service interruptions.
