Reports Module Upgrade

A major upgrade to the reporting experience now supports UAD 3.6, with standardized reports and self-managed subscription options.

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Enhancements

• UCDP Score details added to Fannie Mae pushStatus 700050 (CLCTUTD-21326)

• UCDP Score details added to Freddie Mac pushStatus 700060 (CLCTUTD-21327)

• EncompassRouterV2 updated to use the API service for pushStatus generation (CLCTUTD-21053)

• DOCFILEID field now populated in 700015 pushStatus for UAD 3.6 orders (CLCTUTD-21052)

Property Characteristics

Property Characteristics can now be managed directly within Secure admin settings, enabling custom workflow customization and fee calculations (APPMOD-8742).

UAD 3.6-Specific Updates

• Fee module template improvements with updated labels (APPMOD-9233)

• Orders screen columns enhanced for LCA Risk, CU Score, UCDP, and UCDP DocFileID visibility (APPMOD-9619)

• Vendor and Secure UI now auto-refresh when appraisal reports are attached (APPMOD-9527, APPMOD-9616)

• Single Sign-On (SSO) added for the Investigate launch button (APPMOD-9234)
