Billing Trigger and Invoicing Fixes for RealEC and SureReceipt Charges

Billing Trigger Logic Correction

An unintended outcome from the April 1 billing trigger changes has been corrected. The system had been triggering invoicing only at order accept + 10 days. The intended — and now restored — behavior is: trigger on order accept + 10 days (residential) or + 30 days (commercial), or on order completion, whichever occurs first. The order-completion logic applies to orders completed after this deployment.

RealEC Transaction Fee Invoice Generation

A bug that prevented monthly invoices for RealEC transaction fees from generating has been fixed. All affected fees are now included in billing cycles, and impacted invoices are being corrected through month-end.

SureReceipt Invoicing for DataCourier Orders

An issue causing SureReceipt delivery charges for DataCourier orders to be missing from monthly invoices has been resolved. Affected invoices are being corrected, with completion expected by month-end.
