Transaction Fee and Billing Update

The transaction fee and billing updates effective April 1, 2026 were distributed on January 28, 2026. Providers who did not receive notification should contact the Customer Experience team.

Issue Resolutions

• EPC Error Handling (CDGI-49473): Replaced the generic "Oops" error message with specific, actionable alerts

• EPC Document Viewing (CLCTUTD-19438): Fixed PDF viewing in Mercury Secure when launching from Encompass

• EPC Notifications (CLCTUTD-20201): Restored revision request and cancellation alerts

• EPC Advanced Fees (CLCTUTD-20408): Corrected fee hierarchy so Advanced Fees take precedence

• Business Management Custom Reports (CLCTUTD-6053): Resolved a deletion functionality issue

• Direct Deposit Icon (CLCTUTD-17943): Icon now stays visible when switching vendor types

• SMS Code Delivery (CLCTUTD-18700): Improved recovery after service interruptions

• SureReceipts Certificates (CLCTUTD-18893): Enhanced certificate rebuild for accurate field display

• License Processing: Multiple fixes reducing import, download, and validation errors

Platform Enhancements

• Bulk Ordering Tool: Coming soon, with a new "Bulk Ordering Access" permission setting

• Vendor Portal Updates: Added Product and Update Stamp columns for improved pipeline visibility

Integration Enhancements

Automated Service Ordering (ASO): Mercury Network now supports ASO through Encompass Partner Connect, automating appraisal workflows and eliminating manual bottlenecks.

DU Case File ID and LPA Key Automation: The system automatically pulls and transmits these values from Encompass during order placement.

Looking Ahead

UAD 3.6 orders are now processing in the UAT environment, with a production release planned.
