ROV Disclosure Support for Secure Mercury Users

Secure Mercury Users can now attach a Reconsideration of Value (ROV) Disclosure to their VMP Client Group SureReceipts settings.

• When an order reaches COMPLETE status, Mercury checks the Client Group's SureReceipts settings and sends the appraisal report along with the ROV Disclosure to borrowers, if enabled

• Configure this under Clients > Client Groups > Manage Client Groups > Edit Group > Automated tab, where users can upload a PDF, choose to update the VMP Client order, and mark the document as private

• Known issue: selecting both "Update VMP Client order" and "Mark document as private" together prevents the disclosure from syncing to VMP Client; the workaround is a manual sync until a fix ships in the October 22 release

Enhanced SureReceipts Delivery Logic

• Adds support for Client Group-specific ROV Disclosures

• Enables ROV Disclosure delivery when initiated by AMC or VMP Client users

Status Mapping Configuration Update

Secure users can now sync manually uploaded ROV Disclosures to Mercury Network (vendor) orders via Preferences > VMP Client Order Setup > Configure Status Mapping, by selecting the "Reconsideration of Value Disclosure" checkbox.

Revision Status Renaming

• "Request Revision" is now Request Revision-Correction

• "Revision Needed" is now Revision-Correction Needed

• "Cancel Revision" is now Cancel Revision-Correction

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an Accounting Automation issue that was causing payment failures and blocking transaction settlement and report generation

• Fixed file upload errors for VMP Client orders involving unique file type extensions
