Platform enhancements

None at this time.

Platform enhancements only visible with UAD 3.6 enabled

Fee plan uploads without fee tiers [APPMOD-12105]
Fee plan uploads now show a clear error message when fee tiers aren't set up correctly, instead of failing without explanation. This applies to bulk plan creation, bulk plan modification, and the fee details page.

Bypass investor submission for rejected submissions [APPMOD-11739, APPMOD-12181]
Users with bypass permission can now bypass UCDP submission when the submission is Rejected. The order moves to the next step in the order’s lifecycle (often this will be Review in Progress), and a system alert records the user who bypassed Investor Submission. Note: Bypass Investor Submission should be used when the user wishes to halt further submissions to UCDP and move the order forward, regardless of not having an SSR or outstanding fatal findings.

Revision cancellation for M2M orders [APPMOD-11238]
AMCs and appraisers can now cancel revision requests stemming from fatal rule results and Collateral Investigate reviewer requests on orders played by a Mercury Network lender and assigned to an AMC that uses Mercury Network as their appraisal management platform (Secure user).

Revision cancellations from integrated AMCs [APPMOD-12085]
Integrated AMCs can now cancel revision requests for fatal review rules, and revisions requested directly by a Mercury Network user or Collateral Investigate reviewer. Integrated AMCs cannot however cancel revision requests for Investor Submission fatal findings causing a Not Successful result from UCDP submission. They'll see a message asking them to contact their lender, and secure users with the correct permissions may choose whether to manually bypass any remaining UCDP fatal findings.

Request revisions from the Investor Submission section [APPMOD-12086, APPMOD-12098, APPMOD-12307]
Users can now request a revision from the Investor Submission section of an order when a submission is in a Ready for Submission or Rejected sub status. This allows users to request a revision prior to UCDP submission if the system is configured for manual UCDP submission.

Reports Naming
We will be renaming the new Standard Reports to reflect a more consistent and clear naming convention.

Issue resolutions

Risk scores saved for completion and update reports [APPMOD-11789]:
We fixed an issue where Risk scores from UCDP were not saving correctly for  Completion Reports and Restricted Appraisal Update reports.
