Bulk Ordering Tool (JJWR-4708)

Testing is underway in the UAT environment this month for the upcoming Bulk Ordering tool, aimed at high-volume ordering efficiency.

Reporting Module Upgrade

Standardized reports supporting the UAD 3.6 migration are being introduced, along with self-service subscription management that lets users customize delivery intervals and recipient email addresses.

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Updates

• UCDP Score details now included in Fannie Mae pushStatus 700050 (successful submission)

• UCDP Score details now included in Freddie Mac pushStatus 700060

• EncompassRouterV2 updated to use the API service instead of legacy XML for pushStatus generation

• DOCFILEID field populated in 700015 pushStatus for UAD 3.6 orders

Property Characteristics (APPMOD-8742)

A new administrative option has been added in Secure for managing property characteristics and workflow flexibility.

UAD 3.6-Specific Enhancements

• Fee module template updates with improved labels and error messaging

• Orders screen columns refined to display LCA Risk, CU Score, UCDP, and UCDP DocFileID accurately

• Vendor UI auto-refreshes after appraisal report uploads

• Secure UI auto-refreshes when appraisal reports are attached

• Single Sign-On (SSO) implemented for the Investigate launch button integration

Issue Resolutions

• Calendar icon functionality restored for VMP Client order duplication

• 1004D supplemental orders now route to the original vendor

• Duplicate order prevention added for EPC-placed orders

• Insurance policy deletion enabled when attachment requests exist

• Save button disabled after company creation submission

• Vendor invoice fields cleared on order duplication to a different vendor

• Credit card validation warning messages are now fully visible
