Summary

This release includes internal improvements and external enhancements. The next release (August 20, 2024) will focus on enhancements to support new Reconsideration of Value Disclosure requirements and continued work on a CMS GAAR Review Microservice.

Mercury Network External Items

  • Added support for lenders to provide their selected AMC when creating orders via the PostAppraisalOrder method

Mercury Network Internal Items

  • Microservice development for CMS GAAR Review

  • System-wide logging enhancements for troubleshooting

  • Preparation for Appraisal Modernization (GSE implementation planned for 2025 and beyond)

QVP Internal Updates

  • Real Condition Report improvements for Vendor Administration and Eligibility functions

Bug Fixes

  • Mercury Network: resolved an EAD portal submission issue

  • QVP: fixed a THVX Originations AVM delivery problem that was blocking completion despite meeting comparable requirements
