Session Expiration Update
Following the reduced inactivity timeout introduced on March 11, 2025, which created workflow challenges for some users, Mercury Network has extended session timeouts:
VMP Client user sessions now expire after 60 minutes of inactivity
Mercury Secure and Vendor user sessions now expire after 60 minutes of inactivity
Looking Ahead
The platform team continues to monitor and refine security enhancements to protect user and customer data across both test and production environments.
