Cotality Mercury Network UAT release notes: UAD 3.6 updates and integration enhancements

The UAT release, scheduled for September 11, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience. Action required: UAD 3.6 readiness deadline is September 30th 

The deadline to transition to UAD 3.6 is coming up quickly. Please take a moment to verify your setup so you are fully ready before September 30th. 

• Lenders: If you have not selected an enablement window, please complete the enablement request form 

• Appraisers: If you need to set up your profile or if you are choosing not to accept UAD 3.6 orders, please fill out the vendor completion form. For more information on setting up your vendor profile, refer to the vendor resource guide

Document Uploads for RealEC Orders [APPMOD-11689]
Resolved an issue where attached documents failed to upload during RealEC order creation. Mercury now successfully receives and attaches all submitted order files.

Appraisal Document Packaging for LendingQB [APPMOD-11781]
Updated outbound appraisal ZIP formatting for LendingQB integrations to ensure full compatibility with current standard specifications. Appraisal documents and data packages now export seamlessly.

Parent Report Linking for RealEC Reports [APPMOD-11852]
Streamlined completion and update workflows for RealEC orders by improving how standalone appraisal reports link to their parent transactions.
