Cybersource Payment Void Restrictions and Mercury EPC Integration Updates

The team continues developing the newly available Mercury EPC integration. There are no client-facing QVP items in this release, though it includes improvements to Cybersource payments and several bug fixes, targeted for production deployment on June 3, 2025.

Platform Enhancements

Cybersource Payments Void Restrictions

• Users can no longer void credit card transactions created the previous day

• A message now displays: "Payments may only be voided same day, please check back on the next business day"

• This change reduces system discrepancies and prevents refund complications

Issue Resolutions

• Fixed an error blocking AMC allocation updates via internal tools and VMP client interfaces

• Added Virginia ZIP codes 24109 and 24019 to resolve order placement failures

Integration Enhancements

Mercury EPC Integration Updates

• Borrower e-Delivery now includes Reconsideration of Value disclosures when applicable

• Broker Branch names from order requests now populate in VMP Business Management

• Payment method updates sync via EPC to Secure orders
