Mercury Network and QVP have scheduled a disaster recovery exercise for Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 12:01 AM to 5:00 PM CST, simulating a transition to backup site infrastructure.
Intermittent service disruptions and latency are anticipated during the test window, with extended downtime periods possible. All traffic must be held during this period — orders or status updates attempted during the exercise will not be processed or queued, and the integrity or successful execution of those processes cannot be guaranteed.
No changes will be made to the applications themselves. System accessibility during the maintenance window does not indicate operational readiness.
