Valuation and decision services will undergo disaster recovery testing on Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 5:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. CST — approximately 9 hours of downtime. No changes are being made to the applications themselves as part of this exercise.

5:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. CST

• GAAR unavailable; orders queued for processing after maintenance

• GATR unavailable; orders queued for processing after maintenance

10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. CST

• Common Workflow: UAD 3.6 File Validation and UCDP submission will be intermittently unavailable

• File Vault: UAD 3.6 and Mercury Network EPC will be intermittently unavailable

• ENV Service: GAAR and Image Analytics orders will queue; external vendor downtime expected

• Fee Worksheet Service: Lenders and vendors will be unable to access the CMS.Net Title integration
