EPC 2.0 Sunset Deadline, Faster Order Views, and Invoice Date Fix

Overview

Mercury Network's production release deployed on January 10, 2026 (Saturday), from 12:00 AM – 12:00 PM CST. Starting in 2026, all Mercury Network production deployments will occur on Saturdays to minimize disruption during business hours.

Issue Resolutions

• Invoice due date fix (CLCTUTD-18108): Corrected an erroneous invoice due date display that previously showed "January 01, 0001" in email notifications

• Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Smart Client access (CLCTUTD-18818): Restored document access via EPC for Smart Client users. Appraisal reports and SSR documents are now accessible; other PDFs remain unavailable but can be found in the e-Folder

Integration Enhancements

• Faster View Order tab loading (CLCTUTD-18844, 19124)

• Appraisal reports now sync with Pending Quality Review status (CDGI-48122, CLCTUTD-18753)

• Custom field mapping now supports "Other Reference #" mapping (pending CDG team release)

• Order history now displays credit card update notifications (CLCTUTD-15773)

• Action required: Users must migrate from EPC 2.0 (version 1) ordering to the new CoreLogic Mercury Network Valuations service by January 10, 2026

• Appraisal Report removed from the Mercury Secure dropdown menu
