Overview
Mercury Network's production release deployed on December 9, 2025, during a maintenance window from 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST. The system was unavailable during deployment, with intermittent connectivity issues possible afterward.
Integration Enhancements
Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) router capacity (CLCTUTD-18839, -18697, -18593): Additional routers were added to handle increased outbound status volume, and Mercury Support staff can now reassign routers for load balancing
Empower Client Group support (CLCTUTD-18807): Mercury Network now accepts a Client Group identifier from Empower in an additional data field, giving Empower greater flexibility in assigning Client Group identifiers to orders
