Fix for Blank SMS Acceptance Codes on Accepted Orders

On February 12, 2026, Mercury Network released a production hot fix addressing an issue with SMS text acceptance codes.
A vendor's message format change had caused SMS acceptance codes to display as blank, making accepted orders appear unaccepted. This fix restores correct display of these codes on accepted orders. (CLCTUTD-20267)
