UAD 3.6 Transition Deadline: September 30, 2026

Action is required for system readiness, with two paths depending on user type:

• Lenders: Complete the enablement request form if you haven't yet selected an enablement window

• Appraisers: Fill out the vendor completion form to set up your profile or opt out of UAD 3.6

Platform Enhancements (UAD 3.6 Only)

Freddie Mac service delay handling. The system now alerts users when FRE76030 findings appear and displays notifications about submission delays while automatic retries proceed.

Vendor profile eligibility validation. Users must configure at least one UAD product and complete all Eligibility tab sections before enabling Residential Appraisal support.

Issue Resolutions

• Fee tier error: Fixed a 400 error that occurred when adding initial fee tiers

• Report subscriptions: Corrected parameter passing in scheduled reports

• Duplicate UCDP callbacks: Eliminated redundant revision detail reports
