Overview
Mercury Network deployed a production hot fix on January 13, 2026, during a maintenance window from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM CST. Intermittent downtime was expected, and users were advised to pause activity until the deployment completed.
Issue Resolutions
SureReceipts email error (APPMOD-8336): Fixed system unresponsiveness when manually creating SureReceipts without a customer email address provided
EPC document access (CLCTUTD-19931): Resolved an issue preventing documents uploaded through Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) from being accessible within Mercury Network, Secure, VMP Client, and Vendor portals
