A production hot fix released on January 22, 2026 included a maintenance window from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM CST, during which users experienced intermittent downtime.
Issue Resolutions
SureReceipts – Delivery of Revised Reports (APPMOD-8518) – Fixed automated delivery that was sending the original appraisal report instead of the most recent revised version.
Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) – Document Delivery (APPMOD-8484) – Resolved an issue preventing documents uploaded through EPC from being delivered to the assigned integrated AMC.
Empower – Client Group Selection (CLCTUTD-20041) – Fixed an issue where Mercury was not receiving the Client Group identifier sent through the Empower integration.
