ICE EPC 2.0 Deprecation

ICE's deprecation of Mercury EPC 2.0 (Version 1) is planned for June 30, 2026. Ordering via first-generation EPC 2.0 was already disabled on January 10, 2026. After the deadline, orders placed through EPC 2.0 (v1) will remain accessible within Mercury but will no longer be reachable through Encompass.

Platform Enhancements

  • Bulk Ordering Tool (JJWR-4708) is currently in limited pilot testing with a controlled rollout. No immediate action is required from users.

  • Default vendor fee plans now display "All Clients" instead of "0 Client(s)" (APPMOD-9468)

  • Added UI-based fee plan editing capability (APPMOD-9699, 9846, 9505, 9860, 9877, 9886, 9960, 9961, 10019, 10020, 10079, 10123)

  • Validation now prevents duplicate product/location rows (APPMOD-9959)

  • Fee columns are now collapsible and expandable, with saved preferences (APPMOD-10001)

  • Added support for non-VMP customer property characteristics (APPMOD-9843, 9834, 9468)

  • Fees now automatically recalculate on vendor reassignment for UAD 3.6 orders (APPMOD-9915)

  • Corrected cancellation revision routing to Pending Release or Completed status (APPMOD-9785)

  • Improved error messaging for review submission failures (APPMOD-9903)

  • Added vendor license type selection for UAD 3.6 products (APPMOD-9904)

  • Multiple Business Unit Numbers are now supported in UCDP Connection Settings (APPMOD-10086)

  • Added document sync setting tooltips (APPMOD-10140)

Integration Enhancements

  • Automatic monthly HOA dues calculation added for EPC field 233 (CLCTUTD-21658)

  • Appraisal expiration mapping by loan type added for field 2354 (CLCTUTD-20379)

Issue Resolutions

  • Status tracking endpoint now handles a missing ProcessStatusId (CLCTUTD-21868)

  • Corrected UAD 3.6 document routing logic (CLCTUTD-22101)

  • Fixed .zip file delivery to use the correct EPC package type (CLCTUTD-21449)
