Invoice Detail and Attachment Naming Enhancements

Mercury Network updated invoice details and attachment naming to enhance transparency, effective for July billing activity invoiced in August (release date July 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. CT), following billing trigger changes implemented April 1, 2026.

Invoice Detail Updates

The invoice detail attachment now includes refined column labels:

  • Order Accepted Date: formerly labeled the "Transaction Date," renamed to clarify the order timeline

  • Ordered Date: a new column showing the exact time an order was placed

  • Billable After: a new addition showing the date and time a transaction becomes eligible for invoicing

Attachment Naming Improvements

Invoice PDF and Excel filenames now reflect the monthly billing period — for example, a monthly invoice generated on July 1 for June billable activity will include "June" in the attachment name. This aligns attachment naming with the Billable After date and its corresponding billing period.
