The scheduled maintenance window runs from 7:00 P.M. to 12:00 A.M. CST on September 16, during which Mercury Network will be temporarily unavailable. Post-deployment, users may experience intermittent connectivity issues during validation checks.

Issue Resolutions

Contact Field Validation — Invalid characters in Contact and Access Name fields have been prevented to avoid failures during SureReceipt delivery.

EPC Data Transformation — Multiple fixes addressed loan purpose population issues and sales price required logic in Mercury orders, plus corrections to mortgage type and property rights field mappings.

Permission Access — Users with "View/Edit Group Orders ONLY" permissions can now launch the Mercury EPC service.

Engagement Letters — Resolved an issue where engagement letters failed to attach to Mercury Secure orders.

Document Downloads — VMP Client users can now successfully download .txt and .pdf files containing commas in document titles.

License Notifications — Appraisers now receive email alerts when their appraisal license expires.

Integration Enhancements

EPC Enhanced Data Controls allow Mercury to manage Encompass field mappings without code changes.

Order form loading speed has been improved to reduce errors from the 30-second timeout limit.

Investor email was removed from the EPC order form pre-population, based on client feedback.
