Mercury Custom Reporting Moves from SFTP to Managed File Transfer

Action Required: SFTP to Managed File Transfer Migration

Cotality is upgrading delivery infrastructure by transitioning Mercury Custom Reporting from standard SFTP to a Managed File Transfer (MFT) solution. Reporting frequency and data formats remain unchanged, but the connection for file delivery is moving to a new environment — IT/Network Security teams must whitelist new IP addresses.

New IP Addresses to Whitelist

• UAT: 34.132.194.128/28

• Production: 34.132.234.128/28, 34.145.54.144/28

Key Milestones

• Whitelisting: complete as soon as possible

• UAT validation (now – March 30, 2026): connectivity verification and test file delivery

• Production ready: April 30, 2026

Prompt completion of the whitelisting is required to begin UAT validation.
