New EPC Launch Secure Feature, Dashboard Risk Scores, and Order Status Fixes

Release Window

Scheduled downtime: 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM CST on November 18th. The system will be temporarily unavailable during deployment, with potential intermittent connectivity issues during post-release validation.

Issue Resolutions

• Order Status Window Fix (CLCTUTD-11777): corrects the Change Status window so it opens properly when orders have a "Revision – Correction Needed" status.

• Autopay Secondary Payment Calculation (CLCTUTD-17420): ensures accurate billing when customers use a secondary payment method with autopay.

• Order Complete Notifications (CLCTUTD-18570): guarantees all designated recipients receive Order Complete emails by accurately calculating attachment sizes against the 20MB limit.

User Experience Improvements

• Appraisal Delivery Notes Visibility (CLCTUTD-18461): extends previously added VMP Client Portal appraisal delivery document details to integrated LOS platforms and status update notifications.

• Dashboard Scoring Options (CLCTUTD-11179): Mercury Secure users can now select CU and LCA Risk Scores in "My Columns" for the Orders dashboard.

Integration Enhancements

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) updates:

• Faster status delivery via optimized routing (CLCTUTD-18591)

• New Launch Secure feature enables direct order access from EPC (CLCTUTD-17923, 17902, 17922, 18091, 18155)

Launch Secure requirements: the user's email must match their Mercury Secure primary email, and the user must have order access permissions.

Known issues: first-time Launch Secure use requires closing and reopening; Smart Client desktop PDFs cannot display in Secure Orders — use the Encompass eFolder instead.
