The Cotality Mercury Network team
a la mode (ALM) is conducting a scheduled maintenance window from May 2, 2025 at 9:00 PM CST through May 4, 2025 at 9:00 PM CST to support their migration to Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Systems may come online earlier than the scheduled completion time.
Appraisal order placement will remain available during the maintenance window; however, users may experience temporary delays in order delivery to ALM customers after Mercury VMP acceptance. No user action is required — any orders affected will be resubmitted by coordinated teams.
