Issue Resolutions

• Settlement Report Reconciliation: Addressed blocking of daily settlement reports caused by data mismatches between Mercury Network and payment processors.

• Provider Payment Verification: Fixed appraiser verification status updates that were preventing timely payments.

• ROV Vendor Notifications: Restored email notifications to vendors for Reconsideration of Value requests.

• Fee Display Accuracy: Corrected inconsistencies between vendor and client fee displays when decimal values were present.

• Encompass Partner Connect Order Date: Fixed unintended order date modifications when submitting Update Order requests via EPC.

• Duplicate Status Updates: Eliminated duplicate status and document delivery pushes to Encompass.

Integration Enhancements

Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration

• Dynamic Field Mapping: Mercury now manages field and status mappings without requiring code updates; production launch is planned for late August to mid-September.

• Credit Card Masking: Masked credit card details in status updates per Encompass policies.

• Document Descriptions: Order history now displays document details within descriptions rather than as separate events.

• Duplicate Prevention: Document uploads triggered from VMP Client orders no longer create duplicate entries in the eFolder.
