SureReceipts Order History Now Distinguishes ROV Disclosure Delivery

DATE:
AUTHOR: The Cotality Mercury Network team

SureReceipts Order History ROV Identification

  • SureReceipts order history now discretely identifies the Reconsideration of Value (ROV) Disclosure when it's delivered alongside the completed appraisal report, so each document sent via SureReceipts is distinguishable in the order history

Updated E-Consent Language

  • Borrower e-consent language has been updated to describe all communications and documents sent via SureReceipts, ensuring electronic delivery consent explicitly covers the ROV Disclosure

  • Order history now reflects the updated borrower e-consent regarding the appraisal report and its associated materials

ROV Disclosure Access Requirement

  • Borrowers must complete e-consent before downloading the ROV Disclosure; borrowers must access the appraisal report first, and any attempt to access the ROV Disclosure without consent triggers a notification

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed order change history so it reflects an update only when the lender accepts a proposed change, rather than when the appraiser first proposes it

  • Corrected field population errors (including occupant type) for orders received via the PostAppraisal method

  • Resolved incorrect Property Rights type output (Fee Simple/Leasehold) following MISMO XML transformation

Announcement

  • Mercury will stop passing values to Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) field 2360 (Review Completed date), allowing lenders to manage this field directly
