UAD 3.6 Fee Display Fixes and Revision Status Sync Improvements

The UAT release, scheduled for August 26, 2026, includes several key updates. Below are the details of what’s included in this release and how it supports our ongoing efforts to improve system performance and user experience.

Reminders

Action required: UAD 3.6 readiness deadline is September 30th

The deadline to transition to UAD 3.6 is coming up quickly. Please take a moment to verify your setup so you are fully ready before September 30th.

• Lenders: If you have not selected an enablement window, please complete the enablement request form

• Appraisers: If you need to set up your profile or choose not to accept UAD 3.6 orders, please complete the vendor completion form. For more information on setting up your vendor profile, refer to the vendor resource guide

Legacy Order Creation in Ports Integration [APPMOD-11555]
We resolved order-creation issues for legacy form types in the Ports integration to ensure smooth order placement.

Canceled Revision Status Sync [APPMOD-11427]
Canceling a revision request on an Appraisal Management Company (AMC) order now automatically updates the status on the corresponding Mercury Network order.

UAD 3.6 Vendor Profile Guidance [APPMOD-11386]
We updated vendor notification pop-ups to include clearer UAD 3.6 assignment-eligibility warnings and added direct links to configuration instructions for UAD 3.6 order assignments.

Zero-Dollar Fee Display and Export [APPMOD-11277]
Fee schedules now explicitly display $0 instead of blank fields across the interface and in exported fee plan files.

Automated Fee Overrides for Third-Party Orders [APPMOD-11470]
Automated order assignment now correctly applies specified client price overrides and client group fee schedules for third-party orders.

Issue resolutions

Standard Reports State Filter Fix [APPMOD-11566]
Standard reports now correctly filter and display data for all selected states when running immediate reports or setting up recurring subscriptions.

Ports Revision Document Display [APPMOD-11549]
Revision report documents received through Ports now link directly to the primary appraisal report for clearer document tracking.
