UAT Fixes for EPC Data Mapping and SureReceipt Delivery Validation

This UAT release, expected in production on September 16, 2025, resolves several data validation and integration issues. The UAT environment will be unavailable from 8:00–10:00 a.m. CST during the release window, due to a transition to new release management tools.

Issue Resolutions

Contact Field Validation (CLCTUTD-14637, -17426) — Implemented validation to block invalid characters in Contact and Access Name fields that were causing SureReceipt delivery failures.

EPC Loan Purpose & Sales Price Logic (CDGI-46304–46308) — Fixed data transformation issues between EPC and Mercury systems affecting loan purpose handling and sales price requirement enforcement.

Mortgage Type & Property Rights Mapping (CDGI-46328–46329) — Corrected data transformation for loan/mortgage type and property rights values between EPC and Mercury platforms.

Group Order Permissions (CDGI-46339–46340) — Resolved an access issue preventing users with "View/Edit Group Orders ONLY" permissions from launching the Mercury EPC service.

Integration Enhancements

Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration (CLCTUTD-11061)

• Enhanced Data Controls (CLCTUTD-13599) — Mercury can now manage field and status mappings without code modifications, including client-specific configurations.

• Order Form Performance (CLCTUTD-17071) — Optimized loading speed to reduce timeout errors related to the 30-second EPC limit.

• Investor Email Removal (CDGI-46026) — Removed automatic investor email population in the order form, based on client feedback.

Maintenance

Ongoing security updates and system reliability improvements were also implemented.
