UAT Preview: Apostrophe Support, PDF Viewing, and Fee Sheet Fixes

This UAT release is scheduled for January 22, 2026 (rescheduled from January 20, 2026), with production release expected February 7, 2026.

Scheduled Maintenance

Mercury Network and QVP services will undergo disaster recovery testing on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 12:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, which may cause intermittent service disruptions.

• CLCTUTD-19136 – Payment link failures resolved when leading spaces appeared in borrower names

• CLCTUTD-17938 – Removed outdated transaction fee messaging from order confirmation screens

• CLCTUTD-16074 – Fixed fee sheet export timeout issues

• CLCTUTD-14452 – Credit memos now update properly when invoice numbers are added post-payment

• CLCTUTD-19473 – Restricted Duplicate Order access in Mercury Secure Smart Client

• CLCTUTD-19388 – Corrected Order History to exclude unnecessary "Reason" references

Platform Enhancements

• CLCTUTD-19436 – In-browser PDF viewing for appraisal reports and SSRs

• CLCTUTD-19399 – Default document type changed to "None Selected," requiring explicit user selection

• APPMOD-8025 – Property characteristic enumerations increased from 8 to 12

System Security Maintenance
