UAT Preview: EPC 2.0 Sunset, Order Tab Speedups, and Invoice Fixes

Overview

This UAT release, deployed December 16, 2025, previews changes expected in production on January 10, 2026.

Key Fixes

  • Invoice due date error (CLCTUTD-18108): Corrected an incorrect due date display in emailed invoices

  • Smart Client document access (CLCTUTD-18818): Resolved an inability to access Mercury Secure documents via Encompass Partner Connect

Integration Enhancements

  • View Order performance (CLCTUTD-18844, 19124): Improved loading speed for order tabs

  • Appraisal report delivery (CDGI-48122, CLCTUTD-18753): Reports now sync with "Pending Quality Review" status; fixed status sync for AMC-assigned orders

  • Custom field mapping (CLCTUTD-18619): Added support for an "Other Reference #" field during order placement

  • Order history updates (CLCTUTD-15773): Displays a message when credit card information is updated, with details hidden for security

  • EPC 2.0 sunset notice (CLCTUTD-18922, 18923): First-generation EPC 2.0 ordering retires January 10, 2026; migration to the CoreLogic Mercury Network Valuations service is required

System Maintenance

  • Appraisal Report document type removed from the Mercury Secure menu; users should select "Original Appraisal" instead

  • Security updates completed
