UAT Preview: EPC Field Mapping Fixes Ahead of October 7 Production Release

This UAT release addresses multiple issues and enhances Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) integrations within Mercury Network, ahead of the planned October 7, 2025 production release. The UAT system will be unavailable from 8:00–10:00 a.m. CST during deployment.

Issue Resolutions

• Status Messaging — corrected inaccurate status updates

• Order Assignment — resolved interruptions during automatic assignment creation

• SMS Management — restored appraiser ability to manage orders via SMS

• Secure Permissions — prevented unauthorized deletion of orders by users lacking proper permissions

• Message Permissions — applied Send Message restrictions consistently across the application

• Date Synchronization — ensured disclosure and closing date changes sync from Mercury Secure to VMP Client

• Email Attachments — files exceeding 20 MB combined size are now excluded, with notification

• EPC Loan Types — fixed display errors for USDA and Home Equity loan types

• ROV Delivery — corrected ROV disclosure delivery issues with duplicated orders

Integration Enhancements

Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) improvements:

• Field 305 now maps to Client File# instead of Other Ref #

• Client Group lender details take precedence over Encompass data

• Order routing settings now apply to EPC-placed orders

• Cancel order warnings added to prevent Encompass rejection of updates

Additional Updates

Ongoing security maintenance continues to protect data and ensure system reliability. Production release target: October 7, 2025.
