UAT Preview: UCDP Status Label Updates and Appraisal Notification Fixes

Overview

This UAT release supports Mercury Network's appraisal modernization effort and delivers the new Mercury Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) Integration, with several client-facing improvements. Production release is scheduled for April 1, 2025.

Platform Enhancements

UCDP Status Labels

Three status descriptions were updated to align with future GSE appraisal modernization requirements:

• Status 700000 – "UCDP Submission In Progress" (previously referenced appraisal submission via UCDP)

• Status 700010 – "UCDP Upload Failure – Appraisal" (previously referenced submission failure)

• Status 700015 – "UCDP DocFileID Received" (previously referenced document file ID updates)

Issue Resolutions

• Appraisal Delivery Notifications: Fixed an issue preventing notifications to Mercury Secure users when SureReceipts was manually triggered from Mercury Secure orders. Users with this notification enabled will now receive alerts upon appraisal report delivery.

• Accounting Automation: Resolved a processing delay affecting charge and payment workflows for bid orders, restoring normal payout operations.
